Santa's New Suit

posted Dec 7, 2018, 1:20 PM by Nancy Draney

An assignment went home today.  We are on a mission to design a new suit for Santa since Elvin the Elf shrunk Santa's Suit in the dryer.

There are a few parts...

1. Brainstorm - add words or phrases about your design in the four thought bubbles
2. Create the new suit for Santa and cut him out - name on the back
3. Use paragraph organizer to begin writing paragraph - print is okay
Topic sentence : states opinion - example   "I think by suit will be the best suit for Santa"
Supporting details are reasons why you believe this - 3 or more
Concluding sentence: -  Restates your opinion

4. Write the letter to Mrs. Claus and Elvin in script on good paper (lined with Santa on it) and color the paper.

If anyone needs a second page, it is available.

The completed project is due on Tuesday,  December 18th.
